GARY LANG  
LARRAKIA DANCER, CHOREOGRAPHER AND ARTIST

Gary is a Larrakia man with family relationships in Yirrkala. Gary’s most recent work in the dance and art is the Goose Lagoon, that debuted at the Dreaming Festival in 2007.

Gary has toured the country and the world as a member of Baru Kadal, Bangarra Dance Company, Dance North and the Aboriginal and Islander Dance Theatre Company. Gary is currently based in Darwin where he is heavily involved in
community events and is often seen teaching disadvantaged youth dance as well as doing painting.
